Victoria joined Worksystems in 2016 and is responsible for workforce development initiatives aimed at serving target populations including English language learners, low income job seekers, and individuals with barriers to employment. She serves as staff to the Aligned Partner Network, a collection of community based organizations working together to help individuals gain career-track employment.
Victoria has over 20 years of workforce development experience. Before joining Worksystems, she worked at Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization where she managed nationally recognized employment and training programs for adults and youth.
She has a Master's in Education from the former Soviet Union and a Master's in Social Work from Portland State University. She is the co-author of the book "Mental Health in Immigration."
