Stacey serves as the Community Investments Manager, leading a team of Senior Project Managers in connecting federal, state and local support with a robust network of community-based employment services providers. Major projects include Aligned Partners Network; Economic Opportunity Program (EOP); Health Careers NW & NW Promise federal grants; systems alignment work with housing and homelessness systems as well as child care and child welfare systems. She also serves as a connector with major local co-investors: Joint Office of Homeless Services, Prosper Portland, Multnomah County Department of Community Justice, Meyer Memorial Trust and Washington County.
She joined Worksystems in 2016 and has 10+ years of management and program development experience from her previous employment at Metro and the UCLA-Labor Occupational Safety and Health Program. She taught state and local government at the community college level and led culturally-specific financial literacy workshops for Portland Housing Center. Her professional development includes training in mentoring, learning styles and leading interdisciplinary teams. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s from Pomona College in Government/Public Policy Analysis.
Ella habla español. Stacey was an exchange student in Donostia-San Sebastian in her youth and maintains that language immersion experiences change lives.
