Patrick oversees programs, partnerships, and investments in WorkSource Portland Metro and he pursues and manages resources for job seeker training and services. He joined Worksystems in 2008.
Patrick has 15 years experience in education, training, and workforce development. Most recently, he worked at the City of Portland's Bureau of Housing & Community Development administering the Economic Opportunity Initiative for low-income residents. He has also managed a Department of Labor grant to improve employment services to people with disabilities in Washington State's One Stop system and served as a high school teacher in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has a Bachelor's from The Evergreen State College and completed the Graduate Teacher Education Program at Portland State University.
Patrick enjoys gardening, loves food carts, and is an avid fan of Portland's local music scene.
