Andrew has been the Executive Director of Worksystems since 2006. He brings nearly 20 years of workforce development experience to the organization and has been engaged with workforce and human service programs and policy at the national, state and local levels.
Prior to joining Worksystems, Andrew started two successful non-profit organizations and worked as a consultant offering a variety of management and organizational development services. He is a recognized expert in workforce program development and performance management and is a frequent speaker at national, state and regional events. He is active on several local and state Boards and is the current co-Chair of the Policy & Advocacy Committee of the US Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council.
Andrew has an MPA with a dual concentration in Economics and Public Policy from Roosevelt University. He lives in Portland with his wife Margaret, son Alejandro and dog Moe. Andrew enjoys playing drums with his band Western Yew.
