    The Workforce Navigator program, funded by Prosper Portland, provides easy-access job development services and referral to long-term, intensive career development services to Portlanders residing in designated Neighborhood Prosperity Zones .     Worksystems coordinates a network of community-based organizations, known as NextGen , that provides career development services to many of our community’s most underserved and vulnerable youth populations.
