Worksystems, Inc. invests primarily Department of Labor Workforce Investment Act funds in youth programs and strategic partnerships that meet the needs of regional youth ages 14-21, as well as the workforce needs of the region's employers. Programs offered with these funds play a significant role in preparing young people for future educational and employment success. Services are available to low-income youth, ages 14-21, who are school dropouts, lack basic literacy skills, homeless or runaway, pregnant or parenting, an offender, or an individual who requires assistance to complete an educational program or to secure or hold employment.

Worksystems, Inc. invests in a network of youth service providers to deliver these services. These organizations have a solid track record of preparing youth to enter the workforce with skills employers need. By funding this network, Worksystems, Inc. is able to increase the number of youth who complete their education, enter post-secondary education or training, and enter career employment.
