Worksystems, Inc. partners with youth, employers and members of the community to develop young peoples' personal attributes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences to prepare them for successful careers and lives. Our vision is that all 14-21 year-old youth in our region will attain living wage jobs and be contributing members of their community.

WSI serves as staff to the Workforce Investment Board's Strategic Plan Committee - The Education and Youth Council. The Committee is Chaired by Mike McBreen of Nike. The Committee is comprised of public and private partners that are committeed to enhancing the education and career opportunities for young people in our community.
