I-Trac Customer Tracking System
I-Trac, a web-based application designed by WSI, allows real time tracking and management of data for over 20,000 customers. I-Trac arms WSI's contractors with access to vital information and allows for flexible data collection and reporting formats to respond to multiple funding streams. I-Trac is pioneering in its application and use - few workforce investment boards or public agencies are able to provide reliable, real time data on customers. I-Trac is currently being used by all of WSI's contractors, as well as workforce providers in Clackamas County, and discussions are underway with other workforce areas that are interested in using I-Trac to track their customers.
