Contract Compliance
Organizations that receive funds from WSI operate under rules established by our funding organizations and Board.   These are all outlined in a contract that includes terms and conditions, a statement of work to be completed during the contract period, performance goals, and a budget.

In order to help organizations comply with the requirements of our funders and manage their contracts with Worksystems, Inc., the following documents are available. Complaint Grievance
The Grievance Policy and Procedures provides guidance for compliance in handling complaints about WIA programs, EEO or discrimination complaints, and complaints of fraud or abuse of WIA funds.
