GOAL

Enhance the effectiveness of the public workforce system by aligning and coordinating
resources/services, engaging partners, and connecting job seekers to
high demand, high-growth jobs

FOCUS

 Quality assurance and continuous improvement of the regional public workforce system

DELIVERABLES

  • Establish core metrics and a review tool for evalulating the quality of services provided by the public workforce system
  • Implement a comprehensive review of services offered through the public workforce system
  • Certify the quality and effectiveness of all regional WorkSource centers
