Whether you need to hire one or one hundred, you can turn to our
network to meet your needs. Our network of One Stop Centers and
youth providers work directly with job seekers and can screen candidates
based on specific qualifications. In addition, the centers can make
their facilities available to businesses for interviewing candidates
and, if preferable, can manage the entire screening and interviewing
process to your specifications, including customized skill assessments,
background/reference checks, drug tests, education/degree verification,

Looking to hire? Consider hiring a qualified youth from
our network to meet your needs.
The One Stop Centers serve all job seekers ages 18 and older and
our network of youth providers serve in-school and out-of-school
youth ages 14-21. Staff members at each of these locations work
directly with young people to help them obtain a high school diploma
or equivalent, receive post-secondary education and training, or
find career employment. As an employer, you can work with our system
to:
- Hire Youth - Hire temporary, full-time and part-time workers.
- Provide on-the-job training - Subsidized workplace training for employers that hire our youth.
- Prepare youth - Provide mock interviews, job shadows, mentorships, tours, or serve as guest speakers.
