Worksystems, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that invests in employment & training programs for youth, the adult workforce, and business, while building regional partnerships for a strong economy. WSI is governed by a nine member Board of Directors.

WSI is also staff to the Local Workforce Investment Board for Oregon Region 2 (the City of Portland, Multnomah and Washington Counties). The WIB's primary role is to develop a regional workforce strategic plan. The WSI Board of Directors guides its regional investments based on the strategic direction provided by the WIB.
