Board Members to the all-volunteer local Workforce Investment Board (WIB) are appointed by the Local Elected Officials representing the City of Portland, Multnomah and Washington Counties. The Chair of the Workforce Investment Board is James Paulson, Recruiting and Employment Manager at Kaiser Permanente, Inc. The Vice Chair is Don Jensen, President, Bridgetown Coffee. The Board meets bi-monthly, and provides policy, strategic direction and oversight for the region's workforce development system.
