Worksystems, Inc. (WSI) is soliciting a full service communications contractor with expertise in a variety of communication activities including program promotion, government, community and media relations, communications planning, publication development and website and social media. Communication needs will vary from year to year and WSI will work with the selected contractor to prioritize and define specific deliverables.

Incumbent Worker Training Proposal Solicitation - Defense Industry Contract through Manufacturing 21 and Organization for Economic Initiatives - CLOSED Worksystems, Inc. (WSI) is soliciting proposals for workforce training that will improve the manufacturing processes of companies creating products for the defense logistics supply chain. Trainings must benefit businesses located in Oregon and SW Washington (Clark and Cowlitz counties) that make and sell a product or component of a product whose ultimate end user is the US Military.
To maximize the cost effectiveness of the funds for companies in the defense industry supply chain, consortia applications will be awarded additional points in the evaluation process.

Incumbent Worker Training Funds CLOSED-Award Recipient List - 4/11/2011For Program Year 2010, Worksytems, Inc. is soliciting incumbent worker training proposals from businesses in Multnomah or Washington Counties.
Proposal are requested from businesses in the following target industries:
Proposals will be considered from expanding businesses in other industries if they are increasing their workforce.
Note: Healthcare proposals for training services to incumbent workers employed by businesses and organizations located in southwest Washington will be considered for by the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council
